Crude oil price surge pushes up prices of edible oils and spices in a fortnight

In the past fortnight, crude palm oil prices have shot up to $1,110 per tonne from $1,040 per tonne. Similarly, soybean oil prices have gone up to $1,270 per tonne from $1,190 per tonne.
